Filipino American Educators Association of California
🇵🇭 Happy Filipino American History Month! 🇵🇭
13,000+ Filipino American educators and growing!
According to 2025–26 educator data, more than 7,000 certificated and 6,000 classified Filipino American educators are serving students in TK–12 schools across California. That’s an increase of more than 2,000 Fil-Am educators since 2019–20, and it doesn’t even include our educators in higher education!
We are here. We are growing. We continue to make history.
Since 1988, the Filipino American Educators Association of California (FAEAC) has brought together Fil-Am educators from across the state to build community, strengthen networks, provide professional learning, and advocate for policies and programs that support our educators and students.
More than 35 years later, our community continues to grow and so must we.
As the needs of Filipino American educators evolve, FAEAC wants to evolve with you. We want to know who you are, where you are, and how we can support you.
This Filipino American History Month, we’re launching our FAEAC Membership Campaign.
✨ Be seen. Be connected. Be counted.
🇵🇭 Join FAEAC today.
❤️ Invite another Fil-Am educator to join you.
Whether you are a teacher, classified professional, counselor, administrator, professor, retired educator, or future educator, there is a place for you in FAEAC.
13,000+ strong. Imagine what we can build together.
Please join us—and spread the word throughout your networks.
